The 4th edition of “Vuelta historica Felipe Caronti”, a race of historic automobiles (pre- and post- WWII) concluded in Bahia Blanca, the “Coppa del Consolato-Concorso italiano” going to Italy for the third time. This year’s competition coincided with a week-long celebration of all things Italian that involved our diplomatic mission, which is highly active in activities of “public diplomacy”.
