The third day in a series of encounters on the status of research in both Italy and Denmark at the historic residence of the Embassy of Italy in Copenhagen saw the participation of leading experts from the scientific and academic worlds. There are hundreds of Italian researchers living and working in Denmark, attracted by generous incentives from academic business spheres, research centres and private foundations. The dean of the faculty of Humanities of the University of Copenhagen, Riber Hedetoft, pointed out the increase in private sponsorship in his sector also, and an ambitious project for the digitisation of the university’s library.
