Dhaka: solar panels on the roof of the Italian Embassy

The Italian Embassy in Dhaka has installed Italian-made solar panels on its roof. The installation was carried out by a local firm working in association with an Italian company, with training provided by Italian experts. The panels deliver enough energy to supply the Embassy’s server-room. Read more, in Italian.

Expo Venlo: award for italian pavilion

Italy has won an award for the best-designed pavilion at the Floriade 2012 Expo in Venlo, along with Azerbaijan, Belgium and Spain.
