The Italian Consulate General in Buenos Aires has promoted the first edition of the “Lucio Fontana Prize for New Creativity”, which will enable two young Argentinean artists of Italian to spend time in Italy. The goal is to strengthen the great artistic and cultural bond linking Italy and Argentina, a bond of which Fontana is emblematic.
The initiative comes under the Consulate General’s policy of helping young Italian-Argentineans rediscover their roots. It aims also to stimulate interest in our country by showing it in a modern and dynamic light and capitalising on the traditional bonds between the two countries. Read more, in Italian
