“A Delicious Soirée”, organised by Italian ambassador in Cape Town Vincenzo Schioppa in his own residence within the context of the Cape Classic benefit event has been sold out. The evening consists of arias by Beethoven, Puccini, Verdi, Danzi and Punto performed by Christian Kunert (bassoon), Christiane Dimigen (oboe), Rupert Wachter (clarinet), Silke Schurack (English horn), Isabel von Bernstorff (piano), Elena Graf (violin), Kathrina Wildermuth (violin), Thomas Rossel (viola) e Johann Bohorquez (violoncello). The “Cape Classic” runs through 9 March and aims to collect funds for the children of the Western Cape region.
