A course is being held at the Villa Ormond International Institute for Humanitarian Law (IIHL) in Sanremo, Italy for a large delegation of international government officials from Libya and South Sudan, as well as from other Arab-speaking countries: Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Qatar and the Palestinian Authority; other participants include officials, legal advisors and other experts from Austria, Denmark, Georgia, Finland, France, Mexico, Nigeria, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and theUnited Kingdom.
