A delegation of Turkish entrepreneurs has visited Italy on a trade mission organised by Invitalia, the Italian Embassy in Ankara and the Turkish Embassy in Rome. The delegation, led by the Turkish economic minister, included representatives of organisations and businesses operating in the automotive, logistics, textile, energy and tourism sectors.
Increased interaction with the international business system
The aim was to give our Turkish partners an opportunity to gain a better understanding of Italy’s attractions and investment opportunities and to strengthen bilateral economic relations. Support for the Italian economic and manufacturing systems, our sectors of excellence, and interaction with the international business system. These were the main themes of the three days of meetings, which started off in Rome with a workshop entitled “Italy and Turkey – Promoting Bilateral Partnerships Between Innovative SMEs”.
