The Italian Embassy in Brazil is organising a mission to Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul) on 15 April. The aim is to present the government’s “Destinazione Italia” programme, promote EXPO 2015 and strengthen the Italian presence in the region. The mission, which follows a visit by our Ambassador in Brasilia, Raffaele Trombetta, to the region in October 2013, will be led by the Economic and Commercial Counsellor, Cristiano Musillo. Its focus will be agro-business, tourism, renewable energy and mechanical engineering for the oil and gas industries and inward investment. Read more, in Italian.
