Los Angeles pays homage to Giuseppe Verdi with an exhibition illustrating the most famous performances of his works at Teatro dell’Opera in Rome. The initiative, which runs from 18 April to 28 May 2014 at the Italian Cultural Institute, will feature 18 costumes dating from as far back as 1916 and originally worn by artists such as Beniamino Gigli, Renata Scotto, and Angela Gheorghiu.
