Italian cinema has been a box-office success in Canada, thanks to the Italian Contemporary Film Festival, now in its 3rd edition. The festival was staged in 5 Canadian cities: Toronto, Hamilton, Vaughan, Montreal and Quebec City. The event opened in Toronto, during the month dedicated to the Italian cultural heritage in Ontario. A guest of honour was Carlo Verdone, who received the “People’s Choice Award”.Read more, in Italian.
