Italy participated in the 18th International Festival of Ancient Greek Drama with two of the Aeschylus tragedies – “The Libation Bearers” and “Eumenides” – from the “Oresteia” trilogy. The performances featured a cast of noteworthy Italian actors, and were held at the Makario III amphitheatre in Nicosia and the Ancient Odeon Theatre in Paphos. Read more, in Italian.
