The Italian Jazz Series Festival will take place in Washington DC from 22 to 30 September, with the support of the Embassy of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute. The historic “Blues Alley” of the Georgetown district will host the performances of five Italian musicians of international fame. As Ambassador Claudio Bisogniero commented, the venue is “an ideal stage” for artists of the calibre of Fabrizio Sotti, Daniela Schachter, Marco Pignataro, Gianluca Pellerito and Marco Panascia.
