France: Generali builds Saint-Gobain skyscraper in Paris
Generali Real Estate and the Compagnie Saint-Gobain signed a protocol of understanding for the construction of the French group’s new headquarters in the La Defense quarter of Paris. With the assistance of Hines France, Generali Real Estate will build an approximately 49,000-square metre, 34-storey, 165-metre tall tower. The agreement will undergo final approval by Generali and Saint-Gobain in early 2015 following submission of the application for the building permits.
