The Italian Cultural Institute of Caracas is celebrating the month of the Oscars with the screening of four Italian films that have won the famed Academy Award over the years: Giuseppe Tornatore’s 1989 “New Cinema Paradiso”, Gabriele Salvatores’ 1991 “Mediterraneo”, “Roberto Benigni’s 1998 “Life is Beautiful” and Paolo Sorrentino’s 2014 “The Great Beauty”, to be shown respectively on 4, 11, 18 and 25 February. The initiative is part of the events planned for the Year of Italy in Latin America. Read more, in Italian
