The Romanian premier Victor Ponta and another 29 personalities from the worlds of culture, sport and entertainment in Romania have been awarded the “Italian-speakers’ card”. The initiative, conceived by Under-Secretary Mario Giro, will be introduced in all of our Embassies. Awarded to personalities with a deep understanding of the Italian language and culture, the card is intended to create “cultural bridges” between Italy and Romania. Read more, in Italian.
