Israel – Expo Milano, focus on food and design

With just over a month to go until expo 2015 opens in Milan, a conference dedicated to the link between food and design has taken place at the Holon Museum in Tel Aviv. Entitled “Food for Thoughts”, the event was organised by the Italian Embassy in Israel in collaboration with the Italian-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Ice-Foreign Trade Agency, and the Italian Cultural Institute. Participants included chefs, architects and designers such as Ron Arad and Carlo Ratti, and important companies in the sector such as Dada Cucine, Alessi and Guzzini. Read more, in Italian
