Bilateral relations, political, economic and cultural ties, EXPO Milano 2015, negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) between the European Union and the United States make up the principal focus of Italian ambassador Claudio Bisogniero’s visit to California and Oregon. The ambassador will be in Los Angeles until 10 March (having arrived on the 8th) and from 10 to 11 in Portland, Oregon – the first visit ever to that city by an Italian ambassador.
