To identify investment opportunities in Albania in priority sectors such as energy, tourism, infrastructure and the environment was the goal of the first system mission by the National Builders Association (Ance) held in Tirana, and in which more than 150 companies and consulting firms participated. The mission served to identify potential investment opportunities in light of an imminent revision of the law on Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) concessions and the Albanian government’s launch of 65 new investment projects according to that formula.
