The first of over 30 events organised by Italian Development Cooperation for EXPO Milan 2015 took place today, 6 May 2015. The event, entitled “A (Bio)-Diverse World: agri-biodiversity in a changing world” was held in the Cascina Triulza Auditorium, the EXPO area reserved for civil society. It was organised in collaboration with the National Research Council (CNR), the UN’s Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO), Bioversity International and the Centre International de Hautes Etudes Agronomiques Méditerranéennes–Istituto Agronomico Mediterraneo di Bari (CIHEAM-IAMB). Speakers included the President of the CNR, Nicolais, and Prof. De Caro from LUISS University.
