Beta Studio, in association with the Thetis engineering company, has won a contract worth about 1 million dollars for consultancy services for the reclamation of Lake Ypacarai, an important natural and tourism resource for Paraguay. The project is financed by the Inter-American Development Bank.
The Padua-based engineering company, which provides advice and technical services for the protection, planning and management of water and natural resources, now has to submit a technical study within the next 12 months. The study will provide the basis for future tenders for the projects that will be necessary for the recovery of the region.
