Italy played a leading role in the NATO days event which took place from 18 to 20 September in Ostrava, in the Czech Republic. The display by the Italian Air Force, featuring Augusta AW 139 (HH 139 A) helicopters, was particularly
popular. “The display was an excellent opportunity to illustrate the features of the HH 139 at the international level”, explained the Italian Ambassador in Prague, Aldo Amati. The Czech Republic has announced plans to buy 12 new
