The National Museum of Fine arts (Ibram) in Rio de Janeiro will host an exhibition on Italian masters of the graphic arts from 11 November through 15 January 2016. The event has been organised by the Central Graphics Institute in Rome and the museum, in collaboration with our embassy and Italian Cultural Institute in Rio. A total of 41 works from the 15th to the 20th century by artists such as Marcantonio Raimondi, Federico Barocci, Giovanni Benedetto Castiglione, Salvator Rosa and Giovanni Battista Piranesi, up to Carlo Carra’, Giorgio Morandi, Giuseppe Capogrossi and many others will be on display.
