21st Century, Design After Design
Expo Design returns 20 years after its last edition and will be entitled “21st Century, Design After Design”. The event is accredited by the Bureau International des Expositions and will take place from 2 April to 21 September 2016 in the interval between the universal expositions in Milan in 2015 and Dubai in 2020. The 21st edition will include an exhibition spread across the city Milan in official pavilions built by the participating countries and exhibition spaces allotted to associations, research centres and businesses at important historic locations such as the Palazzo dell’Arte, the Milan Polytechnic and the Villa Reale of Monza. Expo Design will also have the advantage of a strong synergy with the Furniture Salon, which will open at the same time and act as a catalyst for attracting sector businesses.
