Initiatives by the Italian Cultural Institute in La Valletta to promote Italian excellence in the scientific field continue, not least through the exchanges of university teaching staff envisaged by the 14th Italy-Malta cultural and education collaboration programme. The Institute, directed by Salvatore Schirmo, recently joined forces with The President’s Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society, the University of Malta and communications company Narrative Structures to organise a lecture by professor Giacomo Rizzolatti on “Mental wellbeing: understanding others”.
The evening closed with a concert by the Rocca-Butitta Duo, offered by the Italian Cultural Institute in honour of Prof. Rizzolatti. Read more, in Italian.
