The Italian Institute of Culture (IIC) in Buenos Aires, under the patronage of the Artistic Cultural Association of Friuli Venezia Giulia of Udine, presents “ItaliArts”. On Mar. 10, about 40 works by some of the recent years’ most successful Italian artists – mainly from Friuli-Venezia Giulia and the Triveneto area – whose work has been shown in many European cities, will be on display in the Argentine capital. These artists’ brushstrokes and intense colours emphasise a very Mediterranean interpretation of creative sensitivity. The exhibition will also present a cross-section of the latest trends in contemporary Italian art and can be considered as an example of many of the currents, thrusts and impulses that have marked Italian art over the last three decades.
