Tel Aviv – Journey into Italian cuisine with Chef Michele Bozzetto

A cooking class with Chef Michele Bozzetto is scheduled from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. next 20 June at Tel Aviv’s Sheraton Hotel. The lesson is organised by the Italian Institute of Culture in partnership with the Sheraton Hotel and Italy’s ICE (Agency for the internationalisation and promotion of Italian companies abroad) in Tel Aviv, with the sponsorship of the Italian Embassy in Israel. Participants will be able to learn how to make some typical dishes of the Italian culinary tradition, in a journey into Italian cuisine. The Italian Institute of Culture has offices in Tel Aviv and a branch office in Haifa. Its task is to promote the knowledge, dissemination and appreciation of Italian culture throughout the Israeli society, with a special focus on the study and spread of the Italian language, and also Italy’s culinary tradition is a trademark of Italian culture.
