On 11 June Argentina will host “Buenos Aires celebrates Italy”, a one-day event dedicated to Italy’s culture, history and tourist attractions. For the occasion, there will be the presentation of a special edition of ENIT’s “Piccoli Borghi d’Italia” to illustrate the Country’s most beautiful highlights. The event, organised with the participation of more than 50 Italian associations, will also include a show of classic Alfa Romeos, food and wine stands and a special photographic exhibition by Italian photographer Mattia Zoppellaro, displaying outstanding portraits of famous musicians and sportsmen. The Grand Finale will be staged with Argentinian artists Hilda Lizarazu and Maxi Trusso and with the presence of Italian artist Lucilla Galeazzi. The event is organised by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires in partnership with the Italian Embassy and Cultural Institute in the Argentinian capital. It is also part of the “Verano Italiano 2017”, the traditional summertime initiative organised by Italy’s diplomatic network to promote the excellence of Made-in-Italy products.
