Focus on Uganda
Rome is hosting a meeting today of the Uganda Investment and Trade Hub for East Africa. The event was organised by Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo with Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo and the Italian Embassy in Uganda. The Uganda Investment and Trade Hub for East Africa is designed to give details of investment opportunities in Uganda in fields such as infrastructure, agriculture and energy. It is being attended by Uganda’s Minister for Investments and Privatisation, the Minister of Agriculture, representatives of the Uganda Investment Authority, the Chamber of Commerce and private enterprises which Italian companies will be able to meet during the afternoon business-to-business session.
