Spain: “My Start Bcn” initiative kicks off for virtuous Italian start-ups
The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, in partnership with the Incubator for innovative enterprises of the Turin Polytechnic and with the support of the Italian Consulate General of Barcelona, has launched the initiative entitled “My Start Bcn”. It is a programme aimed at promoting the internationalisation of virtuous Italian start-ups wanting to expand their market to Spain. The initiative is targeted on all the founding members of innovative start-ups with Italian citizenship.
Five start-ups will be selected out of all the candidacies received and they will be given the opportunity to present their project in Barcelona and submit it to the evaluation of a jury made up of professionals, mentors and venture capitalists. At the end of the presentations, one start-up will be selected to be the winner. The winning start-up will be given a co-working space for six months, free of charge, administrative and legal support, mentoring, networking and a one-year membership in the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona.
