13th Plenary Meeting of the Guardia di Finanza Expert and Liaison Officers seconded to Italian Diplomatic Missions abroad

Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Enzo Moavero Milanesi attended a ceremony for the “13th Plenary Meeting of Experts and Liaison Officials of the Guardia di Finanza seconded to diplomatic missions abroad” at the General Headquarters of the Guardia di Finanza (finance police) in Rome. The opening speech was delivered  by the General Commander of the Guardia di Finanza and Army Corps General, Giorgio Toschi.The Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Office, Vladimir Voronkov and the EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator, Gilles De Kerchove also attended, with whom Moavero Milanesi had separate meetings on the side-lines of the ceremony.
