On the occasion of the Italian International Research Day, the Italian Embassy in Finland and Åbo Akademi organized a conference entitled “United in innovation – Cooperation between Italy and Finland in the field of Organic Bioelectronics”.
The event offered a forum for discussion to take stock of the most recent developments in the field of scientific research and technical applications in the area of organic bioelectronics. Furthermore, the initiative made it possible to exploit concrete opportunities to provide further impetus to collaboration between the Italian and Finnish scientific communities.
The conference ended with a suggestive dialogue between contemporary research and the scientific and human heritage of Leonardo Da Vinci, celebrated with the screening of the short film “Being Leonardo. An impossible interview” by Italian director Massimiliano Finazzer Flory.
