GERMANY – SPARKLE ENABLES DAIKIN’S EUROPEAN DIGITAL CONNECTIONS
Sparkle was chosen by Daikin Applied Europe to provide Internet and Voice solutions to its subsidiaries in Germany and Italy. Under the agreement, Sparkle will connect Daikin’s offices and industrial sites in Italy and Germany with redundant virtual private networks (IP VPNs), also offering Voice over IP (VoIP) and Internet access services to support communication between offices internationally.
BRAZIL – RIO DE JANEIRO. LAUNCH OF LEONARDO’S NEW JOINT VENTURE WITH CODEMAR
The joint venture “Leonardo and Codemar S.A.” has been announced in recent days at the airport of Marica’, municipality of the metropolitan area of Rio de Janeiro. (51% Leonardo and 49% Codemar – Companhia de Desenvolvimento de Maricá), focused on technological development and the sale of security and surveillance projects for cities, ports and airports, with the prospect of expanding its offer to other activities both in Brazil and other Latin American countries. Leonardo & Codemar will also take care of pilot training and technical maintenance of its fleet of helicopters (also suitable for medical emergency missions), drones for remote control of dangerous situations and electronic platforms connected with satellite networks for monitoring the territory.
