On 23 November 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio, held video conference talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Ernesto Araújo. The talks focused on bilateral economic and trade relations between the two Countries, Italy’s Presidency of the G20; the COP26 Conference and EU-Mercosur trade agreement; the struggle against the Covid-19 pandemic.
