NORWAY – NEW EBOOK PUBLISHED ABOUT HOW TO BUY PROPERTY IN ITALY.
The Italian Embassy in Oslo has recently published on its website the new eBook “Praktisk veiledning ved huskjp i Italia” (Practical guide to buying property in Italy), aimed at the many Norwegians who intend to invest in our country in the real estate sector (https://indd.adobe.com/view/13c7abe2-6f2d-4273-8a98-104e0073003a ).
Thanks to the beauty of its landscape, historical and artistic heritage and lifestyle, Italy is attracting more and more Norwegians deciding to buy a second home here. In 2019, more than 250,000 Norwegians travelled to Italy.
This new initiative by the Embassy aims to increase direct Norwegian investments in our country and, indirectly, to restore properties in and bring new life to many small villages and communities under threat due to depopulation. In fact, the decision by many small local authorities in Italy to sell properties at a symbolic price in exchange for their renovation are proving immensely popular in Norway.
The eBook provides basic information about buying property in Italy and provides a step-by-step guide on the purchasing procedure.
