Minister Giulio Terzi and Secretary General of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) Vicente Loscertales signed an agreement today in Rome establishing the legislative framework for the participation of the countries intending to exhibit at Milan ESPO 2015. In particular, the agreement outlines measures aimed at facilitating the activities of the personnel of those countries taking part in the EXPO. The comprehensiveness of the Milan EXPO site agreement is understood as providing the framework for subsequent world expositions.
