The Hon. Paolo Gentiloni formally took over as Minister for Foreign Affairs from outgoing Minister Federica Mogherini. The two ministers met for an exchange of views on the main international crisis areas and pending commitments. Thanking the new High Representative for Foreign And Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union, Federica Mogherini, Minister Gentiloni immediately set to work on the priority concerns of Italian foreign policy.
