“Italy firmly condemns today’s bombing in Kayseri and expresses its closeness to the families of the victims and its solidarity to the Government and the people of Turkey,” Angelino Alfano, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, told the Turkish Foreign Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, during a telephone conversation.
“Reinforcing cooperation in combating international terrorism – Mr Alfano added – is a priority of the international community, now more than ever. Italy is in the forefront in making an utmost effort in this direction, also in view of its upcoming chairmanship of the G7″.
