We greatly appreciate the commitment shown by the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to promote the founding values of the Organisation and an interparliamentary dialogue between its 57 member states,” said the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, when meeting with the Acting President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, George Tsereteli, on the sidelines of the 24th Ministerial Council of the OSCE in Vienna.”I am certain that we will have the support of the Assembly, ensuring the full success of our Presidency with a view to relaunching the dialogue between the OSCE-member Countries and working together towards the achievement of concrete goals to the benefit of all members,” the minister concluded. The Acting President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly told Minister Alfano that the priorities Italy has set for its Presidency are shared by the Assembly, including a focus on Mediterranean issues, as outlined by Minister Alfano in his address to the Ministerial Council.
