Italian Cooperation humanitarian aid to be delivered to Iran

In response to the humanitarian emergency that followed the violent floods that struck the southern and north-eastern regions of Iran, Italian Cooperation has arranged a humanitarian flight that will take off in a few days’ time from the UNHRD (United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot) airfield in Brindisi. The flight will carry 40 tonnes of first-aid and healthcare kits to be donated to the Iranian Red Crescent to help give relief to the people affected by the floodings.
