Today’s last contact between the Foreign Ministry’s Crisis Unit and the climber’s brother was at around 11 p.m. local time in Pakistan. Tomorrow morning, around 5:30 a.m. Islamabad time, the helicopter made available by Pakistani authorities is scheduled to take off to rescue Francesco Cassardo, weather conditions permitting.
