Yesterday, by a formal decision, the Canton of Ticino took more restrictive measures on prophylaxis from COVID-19 for business activities, meetings and gatherings, churches and schools.
“I have expressed to the Swiss Ambassador in Rome my satisfaction with the measures that will also make our frontier workers’ performance safer. I thanked her, once again, for the timely information we continue to receive from Bern, asking her, once again, to provide Italian workers in border areas with maximum guarantees in terms of mobility and safety” stated Undersecretary Ivan Scalfarotto, delegate for relations with European countries.
“Yesterday I also confirmed my willingness to cooperate at all institutional levels to the President of the Lombardy Region Fontana, to ANCI Lombardia and to the mayors in the border area.
