The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio, by invitation of the President of the Swiss Confederation and Federal Councillor Ignazio Cassis, is in Milan today to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the “Pop-Up House of Switzerland”.
The event aims to present the Confederation’s artistic, cultural, and innovative technological heritage to Italy and Europe. “The House of Switzerland will be a drive to favour new partnerships and common prospects between our two Countries, which are friends and deeply integrated, united by shared challenges and objectives,” said Foreign Minister Di Maio
The event’s agenda also schedules a bilateral meeting between Minister Di Maio and President Cassis for an in-depth discussion of the main issues of interest at bilateral and international level.
