Secretary-General, Ambassador Sequi, meets with ASI President, Mr Saccoccia

Today, 29 September, Farnesina Secretary-General, Ambassador Ettore Francesco Sequi, accompanied by the Principal Director for Integrated Promotion and Innovation, Minister Plenipotentiary Cecilia Piccioni, had a fruitful meeting with ASI (Italian Space Agency) President, Mr Giorgio Saccoccia, assisted by Ms. Gabriella Arrigo, Head of International Affairs at ASI. They addressed issues such as space diplomacy and international relations, within the wider framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ASI, with a specific focus on the internationalisation strategies of the country’s space industry.
