Farnesina Secretary General, Ambassador Ettore Francesco Sequi, met with the Ambassador-Designate of the State of Israel to Italy, Alon Bar, on 28 September for a discussion focused on bilateral relations and the regional context, with particular reference to the Eastern Mediterranean.
The meeting made it possible to reaffirm the importance of a multidimensional partnership between Italy and Israel for the stability of the Mediterranean area and its potential at the economic, scientific and cultural levels.
