It also calls for the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages held in Gaza and all Palestinian prisoners arbitrarily detained in Israel.
The text was adopted with 104 votes in favour, 4 against, and 19 abstentions. Following the instruction of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, the Permanent Mission of Italy in Geneva voted in favour.
