The mission of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, to New York continues on the occasion of the United Nations General Assembly, with Italy’s statement scheduled for 7.15 p.m. today (01.15 a.m. In Italy).
At 10.45 a.m. (4.45 p.m. in Italy), Tajani will join the ministers of the countries that have signed the Public statement organised ahead of the Security Council meeting on Ukraine.
At 1.15 p.m. (7.15 p.m. in Italy), the Minister will co-chair the refinancing conference of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) alongside Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima. The Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, will also be attending the event.
Bilateral meetings are also scheduled with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon and Yemen and with the UNDP Administrator, De Croo.
