The Consulate General of Italy in New York is hosting the suggestive photographic exhibition “Between Clouds and Wind: People of Civita” by New York photographer Brian Stanton, who spent three years living in Civita di Bagnoregio, a small and famous village in the province of Viterbo (Italy), producing a documentary of images of extraordinary beauty.
“Civita di Bagnoregio is an incredible location and Stanton managed to capture the unreal dimension that characterises this small village. Rain, fog or sun, Civita lives in a dreamlike dimension”, explained Consul General Fabrizio Di Michele, who attended the opening of the exhibition.
For the occasion, the Consul General welcomed the mayor of Civita, Luca Profili, together with former mayor Francesco Bigiotti and a small group of village representatives.
