Tomorrow, 22 March 2012, Minister for Foreign Affairs Giulio Terzi di Sant’Agata will be meeting the Foreign Minister of the United Kingdom, William J. Hague. The meeting will take place at 13.00 at the Foreign Ministry in Rome.
At the end of their meeting, the two Ministers will issue a declaration to the press.
Journalists and camera operators interested in following the press point are asked to apply for specific accreditation using the online accreditation system. Please complete the interactive form provided in the “Journalists Area” of our website http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, to which all required documentation can be attached in digital format (letter from their media organisation, and note verbale for foreign journalists in Italy). Applications much reach us no later than 11.00 hours of 22 March 2012.
If it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications should be sent by fax to the Foreign Ministry’s Press and Institutional Communication Service (fax 06/3691.2122 –tel. 06/3691.3432)
Accredited journalists/photographers are asked to use the main entrance to the Ministry, right-hand side (visitors’ reception area), which will be open from 12.45 to 13.15.
