Minister for Foreign Affairs Giulio Terzi is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 5 June at Villa Madama with his French counterpart Laurent Fabius.
The meeting is to conclude, at roughly 10.15, with a joint press conference.
Journalists and camera operators interested in covering the event are asked to apply for specific accreditation, using the online accreditation system now available at the “Journalists Area” on the home page of the foreign ministry’s website www.esteri.it. Please complete the interactive form provided in the Press section of our web site, to which all required documentation can be attached in digital format.
If in exceptional cases it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications in writing on company letterhead and signed by the director of the organisation concerned—indicating name, surname, date and place of birth, number of a valid ID document and qualification—should be sent by fax to the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (tel. 063691.3432 fax 06.3691.2122).
Since Villa Madama is closed to private vehicles, shuttles will be running between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Villa Madama from 8.45 until the end of the event.
Accreditation badges will be distributed in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – rear entrance in Via Macchia della Farnesina – between 8.45 and 9.45.
