On 20 November 2012, the Chief Executive Officer of EXPO 2015, Giuseppe Sala, and the Chinese Commissioner General, Wang Jinzhen, will sign the contract for the People’s Republic of China’s participation in Expo Milano 2015. The signing ceremony will take place at 11.30, at the Foreign Ministry in Rome.
The ceremony will be chaired by the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Marta Dassù. Also taking part will be the Under-Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office, Paolo Peluffo, the Commissioner General for Expo Milano 2015, Roberto Formigoni and the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, H.E. Ding Wei.
Journalists and camera operators interested in following the event are asked to apply for accreditation using the online accreditation system. Accredited journalists/photographers are asked to use the main entrance to the Ministry, left-hand side, which will be open from 10.45 onwards.
